What is your standard lead time?
Two weeks is preferred for virtual engagements; three weeks for on-site sessions to accommodate kit production and shipping. Expedited timelines available on request.
What audience size is the workshop calibrated for?
Optimal engagement is between 12 and 40 attendees. The format scales to 100 attendees for virtual sessions; larger audiences are accommodated through breakout structures.
Can the wellness set be customized?
Yes. The standard five-piece set may be modified, branded, or fully reconfigured. Custom builds are scoped during the leadership consultation that precedes Format C engagements.
What geographies do you cover for on-site sessions?
Greater Toronto Area and most of southern and central Ontario as standard. Engagements outside this region are accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
Are sessions recorded?
Virtual sessions may be recorded for internal organizational use. Recordings are not retained, redistributed, or used externally by SSA Psychotherapy or Gitano Kit.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is determined by audience size, format, geography, and kit specification. A complete quote is provided within one business day of a confirmed inquiry.
What invoicing and payment terms are available?
Standard terms are net-30 against purchase order or invoice. Wire transfer, ACH, and card payment are accepted. Procurement onboarding documentation provided on request.
