The First Keys | Condo Closing Gift for First-Time Buyers
The First Keys is a condo closing gift for first-time buyers: an 8oz Oak & Sage hand-poured soy candle from The Baltic Club, packed in the navy Gitano Kit gift box. It is priced at $89.00 CAD, sized for a small first space, and ships across Canada.
Why we made The First Keys
A condo closing is a first-night-in moment, not a moving-day one. The First Keys keeps to one considered thing: a full-size candle worth lighting on the first evening with their own keys. Built for realtors and brokerages who want a closing gift with real presence, sized for a small space.
What's inside
- The Baltic Club "Oak & Sage" candle (8oz) — hand-poured soy wax in Montreal, Quebec, in a glossy amber glass apothecary jar with a gold ribbed lid. Bergamot and clary sage opening into black tea, white cedar and balsam fir, settling into cedarwood and oakmoss. Up to 50 hours burn time.
Arrives in our navy Gitano Kit magnetic gift box with a 2" ribbon, cushioned presentation.

Can I add a note or card? Yes. Put your message in the order note at checkout and we will handwrite it on a Gitano card.
