The Home, Made Personal Experience | A Custom Closing Gift Box with a Video Message
The Home, Made Personal Experience is a gift box built around one address and one person. It arrives in our signature navy box with a satin ribbon, ready to give at closing.
Why we made The Home, Made Personal Experience
Most closing gifts are nice and forgettable. This one is about the home itself. A framed illustration of the actual house goes on the wall, an address plaque goes by the door, and a tray in the entryway gives the keys somewhere to land. Then there is the part people keep. A QR card opens a short video message from you, the realtor, recorded in your own voice. Years later, that is the thing a client plays for their family. It turns a transaction into a memory that carries your name.
What's inside
- Framed illustration of a Toronto home, drawn from your client's address
- Address plaque for the front door
- Small entryway tray for keys and mail
- QR card that opens a personal video message from the realtor
